Terms and Conditions – South Lumora Studio

Booking and Payment

• All bookings are confirmed only after submitting the booking form and receiving confirmation from South Lumora Studio.
• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• The full payment must be made on the day of the recording/shoot before the session begins.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded.
• Rescheduling is subject to studio availability and prior approval.

Studio Usage

• Clients must use the studio responsibly and adhere to all studio rules.
• Clients are allowed to use only the equipment specified and confirmed during the booking. Any additional equipment usage requires prior approval.
• Clients may also bring their own equipment.
• Clients are responsible for any damage caused to studio property, equipment, or setups. Any damages will incur a penalty as quoted by the studio.
• Clients cannot access other setups or studio spaces apart from the service they have booked without prior permission or approval from South Lumora Studio.

Services and Access

• Access to soundproof rooms, green screen backgrounds, digital board, and couches/tables is provided as per the selected service.
• Studio services include Podcast Studio, Recording & Online Teaching Studio, Personal & Group Interviews, and Photography Studio.
• Photography clients are advised to bring their own cameras. Studio does not provide cameras for photography services.
• A technical staff member will be present during the session to assist with equipment setup, lighting, and other technical requirements. Clients should coordinate with the staff regarding usage as per the confirmed booking.
• High-speed WiFi and air-conditioned facilities are available for all sessions.

Safety and Conduct

• Clients are responsible for the safety of their team, guests, and belongings during studio use.
• Any inappropriate behavior, misuse of equipment, or violation of studio rules may result in termination of the session without refund.

Liability

• South Lumora Studio is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during studio sessions.
• Clients are advised to secure insurance if required for high-value equipment or activities.

Intellectual Property

• Any content created in the studio belongs to the client.
• South Lumora Studio reserves the right to use images, recordings, or content from sessions for promotional purposes only with prior consent.

Privacy

• Client information collected during the booking process will be used solely for studio communication and management.
• South Lumora Studio does not share personal data with third parties without explicit consent.

Amendments

• South Lumora Studio reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• Clients will be notified of changes via email or website updates.
